Ingredients
3 egg whites1/4 c. oat flour
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
(assumes roughly 4g carbs, 45 g protein, 2 g fat)
1 tbsp. applesauce
1 packet artificial sweetener
dash of cinnamon
Directions
Whisk all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon batter into a pre-heated waffleiron (Add some nonstick cooking spray). Cook until golden brown
and serve with sugar-free syrup or unsweetened sliced strawberries.
